Q: What is the 'Universal FROM Address' in REDCap?

Emails From REDCap

In specific instances, emails, particularly those with @gmail.com recipients, have encountered blocks when the FROM address does not feature '@osumc.edu'.

To mitigate this issue, we implemented a Universal FROM address ('no-reply@osumc.edu') for emails sent FROM addresses other than '@osumc.edu'.

If participants reply to your email, it will route to the specified FROM address in your setup.
